Purpose
The framework was created to support Kingdom Advancement Strategists’ mission of equipping leaders to responsibly integrate AI into ministry, education, community engagement, leadership development, and organizational stewardship — while keeping faith, purpose, and people at the center of every decision.
Its primary purpose is education, thought leadership, and practical guidance — not commercial technology implementation. The framework reflects ongoing research and a commitment to helping leaders navigate AI in ways that strengthen communities, advance organizational mission, and support faithful, ethical decision-making.
Four guiding principles
Ethical Leadership
Lead AI adoption with clarity of values. Decisions are weighed against the dignity, agency, and well-being of the people the work serves — not just operational efficiency.
Organizational Stewardship
Treat AI as resources entrusted to the mission. Govern data, tools, vendors, and budgets with transparency, accountability, and care for long-term sustainability.
Belonging
Center the communities, congregations, and teams AI is meant to support. Design for inclusion, accessibility, and the voices most often left out of technology conversations.
Responsible Innovation
Move forward thoughtfully. Pair experimentation with discernment, bias review, human oversight, and the freedom to slow down, pause, or choose not to deploy.
